What is the correct place and process to ask for a review on reputation points?

I had a buyer who dishonoured the agreement and I left a negative feedback on him. He in turn left a revenge negative.

there is no way to review reputation points, as such, we are very carefully about giving reputation points to any members.

fyi, I have not given anyone a negative reputation so far.

Based on the reputation comments being posted, it seems like a small matter or at least a misunderstanding..

Agreed to meet to 7-Jun but went MIA. Sent a reminder about the deal but simply asked the price we agreed upon and then, ignored my messages altogether. Totally unprofessional.

Initially posted at $50.. when pmed him, raised price to $70 and say typo error.. unprofessional..

Try to take things easy, life is too short.

I suppose if anyone cares enough, they can check the original threads to see my correction was posted right in the thread within a few hours and not in a PM as he claimed. It is a small matter but if it doesn't take too much effort, I would prefer it to be corrected.
