Replaced the weather seal on one of my lenses previously, though it's not the 16-35L but I'm guessing the cost should be the same. Paid $20.33 inclusive of GST.
Best is to call CSC as they can give you a pretty good quote on the part cost and any service charges. They are usually pretty responsive on these types of issues.
