Get a standard omnibounce? Or use a cheap bounce card? I found that the SB80DX and standard omnibounce doesn't work too well, whether 45°, straight on, straight up still got hard shadows.

i use a Metz plastic bounce for my SB28 and Sb80DX... the model number on it says "32-75", it's just this plastic 45 degrees triangular shaped thing. i use velcro to attach it to the flash.

oh yeah that's the one i'm using... i like this one cos can adjust to take portrait shots using velcro. the omni bounce and lumiquest pocket bouncer are all pretty much fixed in one position.
