repairing an old konica rangefinder

hi all, well, i just came into an old konica auto s2 rangefinder. it has some problems, and i am thinking of getting it fixed.

I have search the threads and know roughly of the few shops that do service/repair/CLA (peninsular area and sunshine plaza), but just wonder if anyone knows if any particular shop is especially good at repairing rangefinders?

Send it to Camix, the repairman of tht shop (not the owner of the shop) is a very good repairman with a specialty in older mechanical cameras. The best in town! A bit slow though as he has many works to do, I sent my own Konica auro S3 to him, came back as new!...good luck!

thanks hongsien! i will go check out camix. this is the other store in peninsular other than TCW (as i remember someone writing), right? if you don't mind, how much did it cost you to repair your auto s3?

Yeah, Camix is the small shop opposite the groundfloor coffeeshop. I paid as I recall it SGD 65. He cleaned the whole camera, including the dirty and loose viewfinder.
