My sis's old Sony HDR-HC1E has a defective touchscreen panel. Been researching and the suspect is the flex cable. Sony quoted a few hundred dollars for the repair so here i am humbly asking if anyone has any recommendations to an alternative cheaper and reliable repair shop...
