Repair for Canon Canonet QL 17

Hi,

I have a Canon Canonet QL with sticky shutter, disintegrated light seal and moody lens, any advice where can i send in for repair?

Any independent repair person available? i have a very small budget...

Really appreciate for some advice.

Try De camera consultant, Mr Tay is very experienced and knowledgeable, he gives the lowest price among other shops when I tried to repair my camera.

He will tell you that there's no point cleaning if the lens is badly hazed. I believe you might even need to replace the front element which is very difficult to find. You can try but I suggest you spend your time and money on something else instead.

IMO not worth the repair.. a decent CLA for those issues u're facing will prob cost more than the camera's worth.. it'll probably be cheaper getting another working copy..
