Canon 50d and Tamron 150-600mm. It's a powerful combo. Handheld most of the time. For good start ups, consider 2nd hand gears, I almost ended up with a Tamron 200-500 as the price was really attractive and I have tried the old lens that was a very sharp copy. Sigma 150-500 on the second hand market will be attractive as well. Only way for me to maintain multiple system and play around. Hehe
