I would have one question on that one though.
How do you achieve the black back ground?
I've tried to play with exposure and post-processing a bit, but never to that level of darkness on the background...
Which really put the subject in 'flaming' position.

For this first try, i was not sure what settings for camera and strobes so i think it was pretty bad esp the jpegs straight out of the camera. I played with black slider in the RAW editor and added a lot of black. Adding black also helped in masking a lot of the particles that landed on the mirror.
