Recommended camcorders

Hi,

I'm scouting for a camcorder with manual controls like shutter speed, aperture, etc. Budget is about S$500-800. Do you think I could get a decent brand new one? Which models/brands are recommended?

I think you request is not totally incredible. you may look at some canon camcorders price around $500-$900. as long as there is manual mode then you can adjust
shutter speed and aperture. however most likely the adjustment(if any) will be in the menu, so its not so fast compare to pro model with dedicated button wheel.
