Recommendations for pocket camera

My old pocket camera is kaput.
Can I ask for recommendations for a small pocket camera :

Small form factor - very important as I have a big dslr for main shooting
AF must be v fast
Built in flash
Fast lens and reasonably wide zoom
Tough - nice to have

Mirror less options ok if they aren't big but I wil prefer something I can really stick in my pocket.

Budget - well so long as it's not silly will consider.

My old (currently still having it) small camera is the Canon powershot S90. Used it for my past overseas tour.
Thinking of upgrading to canon G7x if have enough spare cash.

But my current everyday pocket camera is my phone.
The Xiaomi Mi4i. With f/2.0 back facing camera.
