Don't get me wrong, the Canon is a capable performer image quality wise, but the edge still goes to the Epson. As in, you can still get top prints from the Canon, but in some ways it's like the difference between using a 70-200L and a Sigma 70-200 HSM. Some people can't tell the difference, others can be don't mind, some do object.
Nor am I talking about subjective colour palettes either.
Certainly for your application the Canon seems a better buy for the office purely based on its speed.
