Any other places I can use for sharing photo on forum?

You can try using www.digitalstar.com.

It allowed hotlinking previously, not sure if it is the same now.

imagine if u are the site owner that give your site free to public to allow free image hosting, and yet people don't visit your site often but wanna use your site as a image dump and hot link it to other site.

Hot linking is really bad for any image hosting server, as it takes up lots of the server's bandwidth.

Suggest u pay a small amount and host at clubsnap server.

I can understand hotlinking is a bad practice. however, I intend to use it on occassion when I need just to show 1 or 2 photos for ease of explaination. not intended for heavy usage. usually I invite my friends to online album if I'm sharing the whole lot

Is clubsnap having hosting services meh. I just check the frontpage, didn't have any furthur information on that, how's the cost like? thanks!

Hotlinking means linking the photo that you have uploaded to a certain web host and link it to wherever you wanna show your photo.
