I use only 2: Fuji NPH 400 and Press 800. Both gives very nice skintones and has rather good exposure latitude. Press 800 is especially nice, especially for wedding dinner shots as it allows you to achieve a better balance between flash and ambient light. It also has a very fine grain.
At the ROM solemnisation room, Press 800 might be a better choice. It's not that bright - probably like 1/15 @ f/4 at ISO 400. NPS 160 is good for the outdoor shots after the solemnisation though, but for indoors during the ceremony, I'd recommend Press 800 or NPH 400.
For outdoor, maybe. But then, that's why you have cameras with shutter speeds like 1/4000 and 1/8000. My recommendation is to use NPH 400/Press 800 indoors and NPH 400 or NPS/C 160 outdoors.
