Your setup ain't that heavy.
How tall do you need the tripod to be?
My preference is to have tripod with all legs fully splayed and extended, WITHOUT center column extended, + ballhead + camera such that the viewfinder is maybe up to your nose. So just a slight hunch and you can see comfortably.

so your eyes should be at about 1.6m
Tripod up to the 'baseplate' where you mount your ballhead should be around... :think: 1.4m....
