Sanyo 2300 AA - $16 for a pack of 4.
Sanyo 2100 AA - $12 for a pack of 4.
I suggest that you get the 2300s. From my experience using the SB80DX, I've managed to squeeze out around 300 odd shots with bounce card.
Quite a lot already.

C-720 said:Will the Sanyo batteries able to use other brand charger to charge? Like GP charger? Or how much is the Sanyo quick charger?![]()
I'm using GP charger to charge my 1600 battery but it takes me about 16 hours to get full. :dunno: i know GP or Sony has a quick charger it only takes 30min.![]()
Kaprikon said:Hi all, can somebody please tell me what are the rates for rechargebles by EastGear? Will need to get a couple of them.
Btw, i intend to use them for my sb80dx, can some kind soul enlighten how are the performance of the batteries on the speedlight? Thanks in advance

There are cheaper rechargeable batteries sold elsewhere.![]()
I got them a week ago at only $10.90 for 4 pieces of 2100 mAh Ni-Mh for my Digital Camera.
OEM brand but 100% brand new in sealed condition. Dun get fooled that if u think they are non-SANYO/GP/SONY that their quality is inferior...in fact, they are working fine for me and price is cheaper than other brands without me coughing out 'blood' from my wallet! I bought 2 sets for my brother-in-law and no complaints too.

EastGear said:No offence but everyone knows that Sanyo & Maha batteries are the best AA batteries around. Tested amongst 20 over different brands of batteries, the Sanyo 2100mAh & Maha 2200mAh are the top 2 cells

Sanyo 2300mAh promises to be even better. Afterall Sanyo is the inventor & world largest manufacturer of NiMH rechargeable batteries. Sony, Energizer, Kodak, Olympus NiMH AA batteries are OEM from Sanyo.
