Really Alternative photos...Anyone knows how to do it?

For the triangular photos, it looks like the camera was fitted to a kaleidoscope.

The half pictures were either PSed or you can use a mirror to do it

Maybe I can help answer... OS X has a built-in app which makes use of iSight called Photo Booth. Allows for some creative photographs with different effects. Even my children knows how to come up with those photos!
