Any rough ideas on the ISO and shutter speed we should be looking at.. ?

i also dunno what speed to use.
i just wack 30 sec at ISO200, f4

will post the picture(s) later.

My first try.... so fail :embrass:

130043526.jpg

WB at 2500k.
ISO 200, f4, 30", 34mm

130043527.jpg

CWB
ISO 200, f4, 30", 18mm

130043529.jpg

CWB
ISO 200, f4, 30", 24mm

I think my CWB not accurate.
Cannot get the nice white leaves. some of them are still reddish.
need to work more on post processing.

i need IR crash course.

Try a custom white balance to paint the leaves as white.

I.e. custom set it to the leaves colour. Note that I have been not trying this very well either...

d200 custom white must use the exact speed as the actual shot.

after i took the cwb, the sun came out.
so i think not accurate.
the challenge for IR is to fight the constant change in lighting too make your cwb as accurate as possible.

Hmmmm.... not sure leh, when you wanna go?

Next week going short holiday. :)

Er... Coz that time I got no cable release cannot do bulb so max 30s only...:bsmilie: this one was shot 20s at iso400 f/4...Base iso and stop down then have to wait over a minute already...

Oh... Nw can whack long long :bsmilie:
