write + call to complaint until you get a formal reply from them lor. funny yesterday everyone have problem with taxi driver, when got home with my gf gave $50, wanted receipt, the taxi driver printed a receipt that i need macro lens to read... requested for a proper receipt. then after giving the receipt, ask for the change he insisted he gave already :angry: gave him 1 gd F*** then he act act say oh he forgot that he put back while writing the receipt.

Wahaha, so it's either i met your driver or you met mine. Only 2 of us left at that bus stop. :bsmilie:
