i think there's a store in the basement of fu lu shou(?) that sells them. 2 or 3 shops in a row...exact building forgot liou.

The price is subjective.Kits can cause 30+ to 300+ and total electronics from 50+ to thousands,you'll also need a transmitter too and price is from free to thousands.
RC toys is deep posion.Be wary!

eBay is a good source and an electric plane with a couple of spare batteries and remote with a range of several hundred meters will cost you under 250 SGD plus shipping.

Fuel driven RC's cost a lot more.
