Sorry bro, really need to rant.. Very pissed with a CS seller just now..

I was looking for a Sigma 17-50 f2.8 OS HSM for quite some time when I saw someone posted to sell his Sigma 17-50 f2.8 OS HSM at $750 yesterday. Thought was quite a deal, immediately called him to confirm the deal, even smsed him for black and white confirmation. He agreed. Arranged to meet him today so i applied an half day leave.

Long story short, quite several sms exchange and he told me at 1.40pm at 2.15pm meet at JE.. So I rushed to withdraw money and take mrt from workplace. It was barely 15 mins later, he smsed me that he dont wish to sell cos he not sure of selling at the first place...

Wth?! Feeling damn pissed and wasted my time..

I didnt bargain at all with him and agreed to his price immediately. He could have told me so I can increase his price that he is asking.

I am totally pissed off cos he didnt even intend to sell anyway since he mentioned that he not sure if he want to sell at the first place. Why arrange a time and waste my time?

seller, why you even considering selling in the 1st place since you are unsure of selling? perhaps you want to upgrade then test test in BnS seeing if your lens would be easy to sell... even so, you did your test you should have rejected the offers, not accepting and waste other people's time...

Seller should inform buyer earlier if he/she decides not to sell it or someone offers higher price. I believe buyer will accept the his/her decision. However, it is unfair for the buyer to wait for seller on the day of transaction even buyer did not take a half day leave.
