Uncle skystrike! Where have u been? Bbq this friday wanna come? i'm ordering food now.
SkyStrike said:reservist just ended a couple of days ago, was busy clearing up tons of stuffs.. (sneaking out now for a bit of breather).
Thanks for the extended invite, but I can't make it on Friday evening, got a small company event. walking for ~9km (think may not see the daylight after that :sweat(Canopy Walk =>Floral Walk & Hortpark =>Alexandra Arch => Forest Walk =>Hilltop Walk =>Henderson Waves => Faber Walk => Marang Trail)
 one word of advice then: BRING YOUR MACRO LENS :bsmilie:
I was hoping to travel light, prob with my 50 f1.8 (and raynox)...or just the 55-250.
Go with macro lens. Macro lens isn't only for taking macro. lol
SkyStrike said:I don't have macro lens
I'll loan you my tamron 90mm for friday only if you trade me feet.![]()
I still don't have a 50mm prime
haha, I'll pass up the offer...wanting to try out the Raynox 250 and (50mm and/or 18-55) for quite sometime liao.
I think i need to spend more time on my currently underutilized 50mm. Getting sorta confused if 50mm is enough or should I need a longer FL lens. (17-50 vs 28-75), I guess spending more time with the 18-55 and 50mm is the best way to find out.
i don't think the raynox is something that is 'worth trying out' unless you really have no choice or if you're just 'trying out macro' for the first time..
but maybe that's just me. i could pass u my raynox too if you like.![]()
