Railway schedules

Planning to take a train from Singapore to Tibet, but am very uncertain about the prices of railway and their schedules.

Any experienced travellers care to share where I can find the schedules for each country's railway system?

Was at cityhall the travel agent does a show there and do have the schedule the package cost from SG to Tibet is 14++.

I do own Free and Easy cost much less.
