Quote and IMG tags

1. The quote tag seems "faulty" or it's meant to be, weh nwe quote, we not only want to quote text but quote the author of the text. Currentl;y, it only shows like "Quote" then the text, no one knows i was quoting who. just know text quoted.

2. the IMG tags auto inserts is a MUST. It's a photography forums right? It's very common for people to be posting up pics and we have to type the manual:
IMG and /IMG tags. It's a waste of time.

well, when i click "quote", it shows author and text.

as for image tags, i'd rather type it out manually. it's hell lot faster than having to find that icon and click it.

hmmm...

it does shows when you do a quote and when entering message as seen on screenshot below.

but the Quote=nick_of_member_nick will disappear after the post is submitted into the forums. as seen below.

For the IMG, it's more covenient as users using firefox or any other browser can just right click on image in their gallery or from any webpage that allows hot linking and choose "Copy Image Location", click on the icon for "Insert Image" and choose paste or simply pressing Ctrl + V and hit enter. Then post.

It is especially important when it comes to new users who has not used any forums before. They wouldn't know how to start embedding images to their posts.
