If I am working, I will only touch light meals like sandwiches or sushi rolls. I scared to get the food stains on my clothes

Well, I wish to run for 30mins. But my weight still not reach my target mah, so need to stay focus till I reach that point...then can take things easier.

you should start slow, by brisk walking then proceed to running. starting around 10 mins, then build up gradually so that you wont exhaust your body.

Brownie Mix in a Jar II

"Adorable jars with decorative instruction tags are sure to please, and this delicious brownie mix is the perfect gift for any occasion. Have a baked batch handy when giving the jars so that everyone will know they're in for a treat!" Original recipe yield: 2 dozen.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 1/4 cups white sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt in a quart jar. Layer remaining ingredients in the order listed. Press each layer firmly in place before adding the next layer. NOTE: Be sure to wipe out the inside of the jar with a dry paper towel after adding the cocoa powder, so the other layers will show through the glass.
2. Attach a tag with the following instructions: Brownie Mix in a Jar 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13inch baking pan. 2. Empty jar of brownie mix into a large mixing bowl, and stir to blend. Mix in 3/4 cup melted butter and 4 eggs. Mix thoroughly. Spread batter evenly into prepared baking pan. 3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely in pan before cutting into 2 inch squares.

Apple Cake in a Jar

"Apple cake that is sealed in jars and can be given as gifts, or stored for emergencies." Original recipe yield: 8 pint jars.

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup shortening
2 2/3 cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup water
3 cups grated apple
2/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease the insides of 8 straight-sided wide-mouth pint canning jars. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat in well. Add flour alternately with water and mix until smooth. Fold in apples, raisins and nuts.
Fill jars 1/2 full of batter, being careful to keep the rims clean. Wipe off any batter that gets on the rims. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, sterilize the lids and rings in boiling water.
As soon as cake is done, remove from oven one at a time, wipe rims of jars and put on lid and ring. Jars will seal as cakes cool. Place the jars on the counter and listen for them to "ping" as they seal. If you miss the "ping", wait until they are completely cool and press on the top of the lid. If it doesn't move at all, it's sealed.
Jars should be eaten or kept in refrigerator for up to a week.

Canning jars have rings and lids to seal them. They are a special kind of jar for holding things like strawberry jam.

Grater: http://www.goodeatsfanpage.com/images/KitchenEquipment/Grater.jpg

You use the grater to slice the apple into thin bits.
