Dinner: spare ribs plum sauce with szechuan beancurd broccoli. And thin slice buttercake with kopi.

So sian....end up bidding for lens caps.

Coz I came back in last Nov mah, so I went to McDonald around Melbourne somewhere close to Christmas lor. These days I seldom go to CBD(central business district). FYI, I am a recluse :bsmilie:

This morning i have three wholemeal bread, 1 afternoon meat and pineapple jam. And a glass of HL milk ..

Lunch having Fish Porriage (cook with brown rice), steamed beans and brocoli. very healthy
This mornign weight 64.1kg ;(.. actually quite good ;o.. because every monday i should weight 65kg

buying in person is the best....So far, I only bought accessories from CS. Coz the item I want is lenses or cameras. I scared paying so much for lemons lor. Especially, postage also cost alot to Oz.
