I'm looking at hiring assistants who can work during the weekdays day time. I'm not looking for second shooters. More like someone to help with setting up lights and carrying stuff. Thanks for the responses so far. I would really appreciate it if you could send the applications to my email instead of through the PM function, so I could consolidate the applications a lot easier.

Just to re-iterate the service sought. I'm looking for helpers to setup and carry the lights and other equipment. Not a secondary photographer.
