brudder, cannot la ... my boss wants only pro, and he willing to pay.
But i give my brudders CS members first choice, or later i will seek for outside help if cant get good one here.
This one is his ego trip so i better dont **** up or else i will have to look for another job next year ...:sweat:

thanks so much for the fantastic response. So afterall i dont think i need to seek out from the outside markets. Here at CS there are already potentially so many good choices.

Guys and gals, please give me some time to sort things out from the current 30+ responses. All of you are so good, m at a loss now. So i suppose only the experienced ones will stand a good chance. :think:
