I shot a roll of the above film at iso800 and sent it to Fotohub for processing but they say they were not able to process as their machine can only push one stop. something about the machine timing not long enough.

didn't really understood what the lady was saying bit does anyone know of other places that can process this film? ruby perhaps?

you shot the film at ISO 800 (ISO 100 > 200 > 400 > 800) is three stops underexposed, they say they can push the film for one stop, which your film will turn out to be two stops underexposed.

you can call Ruby to check out how many stops can they do the push processing for E-6.

FYI, any places offer E-6 processing able to process this film, but not all will entertain push/pull processing

you will want to drop losheng a PM, search for him on CS.
