Hi everyone, I originally posted this under the 'Printers and Scanners' section but I didn't get much response. I figured I'll post this here since I did use a rangefinder to take these photos anyway.
I just purchased an Epson V600 yesterday. My first few 35mm scans seemed to be perfectly fine. But today when I tried scanning again I noticed these single lines starting to appear right across the frames (might appear abit faint here):
Funny thing is, they would only appear (and consistently, too) on negatives that I place on the left side of the film holder; the right side comes out fine
This happens for both black/white negative and colour negative scans. I'm quite sure it is a problem with the scanner itself but just to fill you in, here are my scan settings:
Black/White: 16 Bit Greyscale, 2400dpi, 34.8mm x 22.7mm, Auto Exposure on, Unsharp Mask on, Digital Ice on
Colour: 48 Bit Colour, 2400dpi, 34.8mm x 22.7mm, Auto Exposure on, Unsharp Mask on, Digital Ice on
Has anyone experienced this before? I'd greatly appreciate any help!
