Problem on SONY NEX Panorama Mode

Yup. Best to understand how the pano works to take full advantage of it. It does this by stitching the shots together. In order to do this, it needs to see continuity. When a subject moves, it appears in one frame and not in another (or appear diff). The software can't tell what happens, so it tries to rebuild the image by merging the 2 overlapping shots. This results in the problems you indicated. Always make sure there is minimal or no movement when taking pano shots. :)

If you guys have Samsung Galaxy S, or have a friend with this phone, try borrow it and shoot pano, you will realise how easily this is done. Almost 100% pano shot with each attempt. Unlike the Sony's way of doing it.

The thing about such pano, once you look into its details, you would notice some imperfection or incorrect stitching area. That is why, I would use a ultra-wide or fisheye than using pano-mode, if I want a better result. If Sony would keep all the shots taken during pano mode and allows us to manually stitch them together would be great as well.
