Problem logging out from CS

I've been trying so hard to log out from CS but I always get this msg :
"An error occurred while attempting to log you out. Click here to log out."

When I click there to log out, it will show me this msg :
"All cookies cleared!

Return to the page you were previously viewing
Go to forums index"

When I click on any one, i will still see my logon on the top right hand corner.

Can any kind soul enlighten me what happened ? Why can't I log out ? I
only face this problem recently, previously was ok.

I have used a few machines trying to log out and all attempts failed.

I'm also encountering similar problem of not being able to logout properly and have to do so twice. Can someone help us with this matter?
