Wah one shot unload your fridge! Please post more courage let everyone enjoy hor.
#7 and #15 are my fav!
Thanks smartkel. I shot all these images handheld. Definitely good practices will allow you to shoot sharp images.Great shots every time. Need some tip from you. How do you capture such sharp pic quality? Is tripod used during the shot?
Thanks dawson. These subjects were mostly shot at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.all very nice.where you shoot all these from??
Thanks iise7enMore please. Looking razor sharp. Keep em coming please.
Thanks Dave. Long time no see.Wow! Sibei swee arh!
Thanks Paladin. Based on my setup of 60mm macro plus raynox probably the distance between lens and subject range from 10cm to 20cm.Very impressive. The first shot already knocked me off my chair! How close were you to the subjects?
Do you use flash during your shoot even during the day time? Does it contribute to the sharpness of the picture?
Thanks david. I better start another new macro thread. Rest too long liao...lolExcellent shots. power light diffusion by victor diffuser
Flash were used on most of my shots. Flash power are adjusted just right to illuminate the subjects. Thus the open space behind is black. We shoot mostly at night. These fellas are rather tame and stay still most of the time at night.Excellent shots, although I try to avoid them as much as possible.
May I know for shots with black background, did you use a black card?
How U keep the insects in place? Cold water spray?
Learning.
