pricing for IS 75-300mm

how much is it roughly? for used and new?
I am sick and tired of getting motion blur with 300mm on a sunny day!

IS doesn't prevent motion blur.

it does, when the motion is from my hand!
no lah I walking along the road then shot my fren's portrait using reala at 300mm, among other attempts...
Ubin zero clouds 1 pm, still slight fuzziness!

and I dunno how to use a monopod, the yaw and pitch still quite jialat too, since the axis is on the body, and my tele has no collar...
