price revision for 5D II anytime soon?

I am sure Mark 3 ISO and AF accuracy (given that it now has more af points) is a big improvement over than of the mark 2. However, this does not render the mark 2 a loser in any sense.
I used the mark 2 extensively when covering performances under stage light condition inside the indoor stadium as well as for street photography while i am on holiday in places like Greece, China and Hong Kong to name a few. In fact, I did about 10 actual day weddings with the 5d Mark 2. Seriously, there is no complain about the camera. While there a few miss shots but that is probably my skill more that the camera. ISO 2000 is superb (way better than my 1ds mk3) and is more than enough for what I am shooting. The truth is I shoot more non-living and non-moving subjects than anything else and that is what you do, the Mark 2 is the right camera to go. It is full frame and that matters more to me than anything else.
The only thing i do not like about the 5d Mark 2 is the battery grip. It looks ugly but it does what it is suppose to do.

As long as it produces good images, and a functional batt grip..... it would have been good enough.......

If you shoot portraits, events, it is still ok....
Bought mine almost 2 weeks ago from Cathay for $2850, body only.

Prices of used 5D2 are pretty good and large selling crowd anyway. I got a used copy as a backup for travelling.
