Price for D90

Thanks for the priceless info dude. I was wondering for quite some time now as to whether it would AF with the older AF lenses.. so now i know! Yey! it's great to know that we now have a choice to use AF-S and AF lenses! Weee!

Most distortion is at wide angle, hence I would ask about 18-55mm lens first...

Just wondering is anyone else encountering no stock for the D90 BO. I have checked Alan, Lords, Paris Silk, John, Harvey Norman, Courts all no stock.

I also called MS Color and the lady said that it was due to the Thailand situation which was why no stock could get shipped out to Singapore. Sigh! Hopefully now that Thailand has a new Premier things will settle and the D90 stocks can start getting shipped out before Xmas! *fingers crossed*

Agree, a Nikon is a Nikon.
For those who are intending to get a prime lens, the AF 50mm f1.8 is made in China.
So is the pricer AF 50mm f1.4.

Good news is D90 comming already. And bad news is the price doesn't drop, alanphoto is 1669$ for kit and 1399$ for body. MS color has stock on Saturday at 1680$ but no body.

I will go buy the..... 3rd D90 kit.....for another the friend. It seems everybody is crazy with D90 for Chrismas coming :bsmilie:
