Price and Availability of 1D Mk III in Japan

A photojournalist friend of mine is doing a long project in the villages of India right now. His current camera is about to give way and die. He was wanting to come to Singapore to get the 1D Mk III but it's out of stock everywhere in Singapore.

Does anyone know (1) is there ready stock in Tokyo at the moment (2) if so, which shops, and how much they go for with or w/o tax rebates?

Also, if anybody knows the prices of the 24-70L in Tokyo.

I have tried the Japanese websites that I found here, but was not able to translate them online.
