Think most phones allow you to use as wireless modem. Only problem is you need to keep changing SIM card.
 

I use it this week, and the speed is really.......... disappointed!! worst than any 33kb/s dial up, and very frequent "Hang" my vista. May try Maxis next time.
 

If you stay in a hotel, then there're high speed WIFI. Some hotel needs a top up of RM5 - RM15 per day to the room charges some are free. If you're in a developed area, many establishments such as Starbucks have free WIFI just like Singapore. If you're in some rural area, then good luck. Even wireless broadband is useless because there isn't telco network anyway.
