cheerz night86mare :) most orders go thru clean just that no one bothers to bat an eyelid to comment on the service.

In my personal experience... when you've done something right and ppl dont say anything - its GOOD. When you've done something and ppl complain... something's wrong. But when you've done sth and ppl praise - that's a bonus. haha

Agreed, I have worked as a service provider before too, so I know how it feels. Always make it a point to appreciate it when good service is given.

And of course, not to be too harsh when bad service is received, so long as the person's attitude is good and the intent was not there, i.e. not on purpose. =)

i think service providers receive the most flak in the industry... for PPCP Online, i think that it's been great that they've never retaliated to the bad comments when given, which I must commend the guys who are working now for - not losing their cool. Well, time will tell whether PPCP Online's service is good or bad. I for one can't wait to be back to handle things. :P
 

Since a lot of the guys have confident in you personally, I guess I can give it a shot. But I'll wait till you're back before I place any order; I guess waiting for a few weeks won't kill me for the things I want.

So Parkert, kindly make a big announcement when you've taken back PPCP and hopefully you might want to do some huge promo just for us (hint hint).

Usually, a customer will not need to go thru the forum to express their negative comments or seek a response from the vendor unless there is not other ways to get the vendors to communicate. If the incidents mentioned in the threads are true cases, then it is a big err on PPCPonline's part. No mattter how, business is business.

Thats right. Your company is doing active advertising in this forum, of course we, as the consumers have the rights to demand good service ALL the time, so there's no excuses even if you're away or not. These few cases expressed here are definitely a big case of irresponsible services. Whether its 50% or 5% of such reported cases, bad is bad.

Improvements are the way to go and it is great to get support and encouragement to improve continually.

Don't sweat it Nat; unfortunately it is human nature to remember faults rather than graces (which explains why everyone knows me back in camp).

Hi, got my item in the mailbox quickly, all in good condition. I think I need to know how to use sensor swabs better, used all 3 quickly, hee hee!

Get mine today,,a very good and fast service.UNFORTUNATELY they give a wrong model and it can't fit my D200...hmmmmm.....wrote an email and now waiting for reply..Anyone ever face the same prob and what is thier solution given?

well, so far so good for me. ordered the tripod sometime back which include delivery. they emailed me when the stock was in and said they will send the tripod out by reg mail to my home address. a few days after, a lady called, saying they have forgotten to send. she promised she will hand deliver it personally to my office instead and as promised, i got my tripod from her the same day.
 

Well,just got a replacement from PPCP stuff and they come down to my place personally.Thanks to them and for the good service.

Hi Guys.

Sorry it took me sometime to get back and close this thread. I did get all that I ordered. The transaction didn't go as smoothly as I wanted it to be but in fairness to PPCPOnline ... they been updating me on the status but to some unknown problem ... I was not getting their email until Mr. Parker here relayed to me all those updates.

I apologize if it looked like I was doubting their credibility but during those times I was desperate to get in touch with them.

Only one "IF" came from this experience. If PPCPOnline provided a number to call whenever email communication problem like that happens, I could have gone directly to them for clarifications. It appears that other people are experiencing the same email problem.

I do intend to go to PPCPOnline again in the future and looking forward to a better experience when the time comes.
