Hi guys, on behalf of all the guys at PPCP Online and after I've pretty much read and digested this thread, I know that Deva has closed his case with PPCP - perhaps he might wanna update us about that. As with any store, I guess, they receive good and bad reviews... Cathay, TK, Lords, MS... you get the good and the bad... the truth is, these guys are all working their best to serve their customers - unfortunately, they're not perfect and sometimes, a few of us are unfortunately the ones who receive the black end of the barbequed corn and it is discouraging. It is comforting however, to know that there have been hundreds of others who have gotten the larger, better end of the barbequed corn - maybe your turn will be next if you're willing to have another go at the barbeque.
To clear things up about my involvement and association with PPCP Online. I pretty much started the whole PPCP thing back when I was in Singapore (a few years back) and since I left for my studies, it has been handled by 2 partners who now have a stake in PPCP Online. They have contributed to much of the upgrades including the spanking new website. PPCP Online also had a worker, who was at the helpdesk who recently had to quit as he has moved overseas for studies as well. They're certainly not the best at PR and I will be back in Singapore from the middle of May to run it again (hope that's good news!) and possibly buy back the company

to have it fully run by my family instead of them, with better service.
I thank the many loyal customers of PPCP Online for their invaluable contributions of support as well as timely advice that has come from time to time - I believe that PPCP Online wouldn't be where it is now if not for you.
