ask u, if i've been doing kayaking/canoeing/dragonboat for competitions since my JC eons of years back as well as for Pesta Sukan and World Dragonboat Championships, must i still apply for license and from whom now that i'm no longer competing ?

cannot. u need a cert to certify you are a 1star kayaker. must be approved by the canoeing federations, but if u have the cert, to certify u did enter compeitions, maybe can use the cert. the Pesta Sukan is a long distance kakaying thing rite ??? WBC not counted..

er... i tot u will be given a cert to say u participated or something ? anyway u can try thou, supposedly should be can. maybe u will have to call and check to see if they accept you. u can say u are previously from the school canoeing team. see wad they says.

I still haven reach 1-star. Didnt have time to go ler. Last time I learnt somemore got kakis, now if I go continue for a 3-star, no kakis ler, so boring.

But now, getting the driving licence more impt, skali they change the minimum age to get Class 3 is 21 (i heard around), then I suay leh, so now I aim for Class 3 licence first.

Once I get my 1-star, I'll take PPCDL. After that, not jet licence lah, although it would be great lah. After that will be Class 2B, followed by 2A then 2..... :lovegrin:

Why not class 4 and 5 also? Complete licence also pay same fees...

Class 2C??? Wah....they shld have a 2D license also for those motorized scooters, bicycles, skateboarders and bladers also.... i'm serious leh.....i mean sometimes it's not whether they are on the road or not, but these pple shld have some knowledge in lookin out for danger, other road users and pedestrians. Some can be quite ignorant to potential dangers and may end up hurting themselves and others in the process.

Off topic lah: Last time i wanted to take class 2 buy harley...then kana scolded by my dad. He say i siow ah....:cry: Wanted to do class 4 also but end up didn't cos got no chance to drive class 4 after army. Now i think will go for diving license maybe end year. keke anyone else? Btw, skydiving need license anot ah? Where to take? Tks.....:dunno:

SAFYC does NOT rent powerboats to non members. Price for menbers: SGD 100 for 4 hours' usage, excludes petrol. I tank petrol = 25 litres (ard SGD40?). You are advised to get 2 tanks, but if you do not use the 2nd tank, money is refunded. The boat is a six-seater.

means if your licence only class 3, SGD50
Class 2 and 3, SGD50
Class 2, 3, 4, 5: SGD 50.
