This is in response to the original thread topic ( from September) If you are already used to Canon than just get a 5DMk2...Its cheaper than the D700 and It can also mt (with adapter) Nikon glass...Plus you can shoot movies...I am a Nikon DX user, but my FF is Canon...(mainly because I'm cheap!)...

i heard that the nikon flash system is really advanced
i also heard that the camera just feels better in your hands

but most of all i heard that the nikon users are the best kaki
