Some children whom I met in Tulamben, Bali.

All of them them were named Wayan, Kadek and Ketut being the first, second and third born of each family, irregardless of gender. During my trip, I must have met 12 Wayans, 11 Kadeks...etc...you get my point.

Whatever their names, these children were poor and naive. The gathered around to have their pictures taken and enjoyed looking at their pictures, but not once did they ask for sweets/money, and that struck a chord in my heart.

yeah shes such an adorable pretty one. she didn't pose for me even though she looks like she is.

infact, her mom lost both legs and they were sitting at the corner of temple walkways to have passer by to donate some money. but they didn't beg or do anything to pest ppl...

those pics u have seen are the one i took when i first saw her, after i left, my mind kept thinking about how cute the girl is and i went back to take more shots of her, so i gave her mother some money for that.
