I think it is around $399 depending on the drive storage and it is on display at the Eastgear booth. ;)

I also saw that but need to add purchase for the hdd... the minimum is $90 for 120gb...
 

Can share where you saw it selling for 32?

ha of cos can share where i saw digimate 3.. but i dun quite remember..
there's only one booth selling that. its at one of the sides in level 6
the booth sells mainly ext HDD so if u shopping for it hard to miss.

i now very confuse becos the price of both with and without lcd screen for viewing photo is so much different...

got OLED screen though looks pretty when transfer..

if u die die wanna view. maybe u get one of those OTG ext casing that has video output

attach card reader to transfer maybe need AC to DC power

can view on screen.

view on the drive itself the screen lagi small abit pointless. if the image corrupted dunno if u can even c the diff..

I use the Digimate III and i damn regret...

Slow transfer speed, battery doesnt last and if you cant get it format to FAT 32, you cant use it.

It took me 12 months before i figure out...

Oh, btw, when you plunge into your notebook using USB, you need to use direct current or its not recognised by yr notebook/ desktop...

Also... slow transfer rate.... one 2 GB SD takes about 25 - 30 mins for transfer...

Battery dies after 4 x 2 GB tranfers....

$399 is for a complete unit with 120Gb harddisk installed. :)

So it takes RAW, jpeg, etc files... Does it take mp3, aac, wma, as well as video files??? Like quicktimes once? If so, how's the sound quality?

I am using the 8360 with 120G and it supports the following raw files including the normal jpeg, tiff, gif, and gmp:

Canon: 1Ds Mark-II, 1D Mark II N, 1Ds, 1D-II, 1D, 5D, 20D, 10D, 300D(Digital Rebel, Kiss Digital), Digital Rebel XT, D30, Power Shot G1/G2/G3/G5/G6 ,350D

Nikon: D200, D100, D70, D50, D1X, D2X, D1H, D1

Olympus: E-1, E-500 ,E-300

And for audio files, it supports mp3, WMA, aac, wav ,cda and video format mpeg-1, mpeg-4, Xvid, wmv9.

the different between both is VP8360 has TV output... is there any thing that i had missed?
because wondering VP8360 had been in the market for quiet a long time... Dont know how good is it...

i bought a 2.5" ovation ext hard drive with card reader 160gb 5400rpm/8mb cache @ $159, but lcd only show status, not photos.

The next version of VP8360 which I believe would be using the SATA interface. ;)
