Just joining in the fun, newbie shooter with an FX9.

After the gloom of the past week, today's sky look real beautiful. Decided to take a shot.

I try to maintain the enthusiasm lor, but I think hard lah, because honestly, I can't take those kind of pics that would attract others' interests, if no interests, then nobody come in see, if nobody come in see, then slowly, no matter what, sure lose interests one.

I'll see how far I can go.

U won't know until u try ... Anyway, photography is the way u look at the world. As long as u understand and like your own pics, it's ok liao. The more u take, the more u identify with the world, the more people will want to look at your pics ;p

Sounds like I'm spouting nonsense :think: Anyway, just keep shooting

agree with wiz, keep shooting.

photography is about painting with light. Try making photographs, rather than simply taking them. Learn to arrange lines, shapes, textures, perspectives, colour etc in ways that can express what you feel about the scene/subject.

try to think each time you photograph, rather than just fire the shutter and hope to get something nice...good luck

basically means shoot more, think about what makes a pic nice, and what doesn't.
