Poor printing? or is it normal?

I just went to develop my photos... quite gd services 35cts per piece and only wait 45mins..
however, the photos they developed are so much off the original..
I inquired the shop about this and they said it was normal...

Can anyone tell me is this a case of poor printing quality? or is this normal?
the shop owner also told me they had not adjusted my photos in anyway..

I had developed photos fr them b4 and turned out ok.. dunno why this time quite bad:(
 

Disgusting. Hue and Saturation was modified.

or maybe low on ink? sian..

this is wat i got also from my first dfeveloping... i still tot i edit to much usin PS.. now then i know it the problem with the shop....sign.

bo bian want cheap want fast... then quality compromised lor..
tink i'll stick to my kodak shop in my neighbourhood.. 4 days processing but much better quality

Anyway, the shop is the Konica shop at Basement of Parkway Parade.. beside delifrance
So in future if any CSers who happen to want to develop there pls do tink again.
Btw, this is their digital printouts.. did not try their film so shall not comment on it
 

This is unacceptable, and is definitely NOT normal. It might really be "no adjustments", sometimes adjustments are required on the lab side to get optimal results.

Minilab machines does not use "ink", so running out of ink is a non-issue.

Like I said countless times before, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. In the printing business, you get what you pay for, and if you value your work, spend a bit more to have it printed and save yourself such agony.
