Both look beautiful. But they're very different. The black is sleek and modern, and complements the optional grip very nicely. The silver is for the retro-lovers.

that is true, leather for the silver and some sort of crosshatch for the black, i like black, but for sure there will be mods and skins for this

After thinking very long and hard and looking at all the videos, I think I will go with silver. I think the silver looks ok and even with black lens and black flash, should be fine. With silver lens and flash, no problem. My personal opinion. But would like to see the camera in the metal before making final decision, of course.
