I think there has been a recent post of this topic before..just google search pocket wizard clubsnap...I believe its not allowed here in SG for its goes beyond the radio signal allowed.

You can buy them at Cathay photo.
But you have to show evidence of an air ticket out of the country in the next week or so.
Not aloud to be bought in Singapore.
I dont know to much more about

Oh really? So what's the best alternative for Pocket Wizard? I'll use them here in Singapore by the way... I wish to buy it here in a local store.. Price is not an issue.

its just the frequency PW used is the same with the authorities in here if im not wrong, order from US still can go inside singapore, i got 6 PW and all from US import to here..

Alternative will be Elinchrom Skyport or Bowen's Pulsar. Both are radio triggers that could do the job and readily available and much cheaper than pocket wizards..

Pocket wizard claims that their devices have different spec for different regions. Lookup the technical specs of the device you want to purchase and check the Singapore Spectrum Allocation document. To be more save, Anything not sure email/call them to ask.

My understanding PW has a couple of frequencies which some of them Military used. To be careful try not to conduct the shoot around Military area.

You'll need a hotshoe to PC-sync adapter, can buy from Ruby Photo.
