Just suffered from a severe chest pain, and was in AH A&E on Tuesday, these 2 days resting at home.

Looking at my condition, I think I need more rest, so, will not join you folks for this coming PLUG outing...sorry....

Oh man!!!, do take care of yourself no need to feel sorry... health is most important.

I recently went for a full medical check-up and wasn't too good myself, now taking Lipitor to reduce my unusually high blood cholesterol, it was hitting the dangerous level.

My chest pain is not caused by any heart or high blood issue, it is some sort of tissue expand, which somehow causes a severe acute pain at the chest level....took medicine, had rest for the past 2 days, now much better already.

Will try to rest more over the weekend, hopefully, I can be the usual self again soon....

I really hope that I can go up Mt. K.K. during the NDP day...

Chest pain is serious case. Do watchout your diet and exercise regurlarly.... Shooting is good exercise.... Hope you can catch up with us soon. ;p
