I visited an orphanage in Saranda, Albania as part of my Miss Globe International 06 pageant and I gave out stickers as souvenirs for the children and staff.


This boy was showing me the room he shares with the other kids and his bed is neatly made, bare except for a few toys.

This other boy insisted that I place the temporary tattoo on his arm and proudly displays the Singapore Flag

It was an odd satisfaction when i saw them showing off the tattoos, almost as if they felt they finally belonged somewhere.
