Please recommend a wireless Shutter release for Nikon D3100

As above, my D3100 doesn't come with IR. Can someone please recommend one to me. Thanks.

Is Phottix Aion Wireless Timer and Shutter Release good? Can I do auto-bracketing with this on my D3100?

Some one just asked this recently. My reply remains the same:

Nikon Singapore Pte Ltd

ML-L3 - original, simple, cheap, good, long battery life, works beautifully.

No IR for D3100, I was forced to buy a Phottix Cleon when I bought my gf her D3100. And D3100 is the only DSLR among the latest range that does not have bracketing function.

That is why I am hoping there's someone would enlighten me if Phottix Aion Wireless Timer and Shutter Release auto bracketing works with D3100 anot. If not I will buy the Phottix Cleon or the PHOTTIX® PLATO.

This wireless flash trigger units means I have to attach the flash on it for it to work? It mention that it doesn't works with SB600?

Yup, kind of weird why it doesn't work with SB-600 but nope you don't need to have a flash on it to trigger the camera.

Yes I have look into ML-L3. It doesn't work with D3100.

Oh my fault. It works with the D3000 so I thought... Anyway without IR means you need to get an add on to plug into the camera. Not the ideal solution.
